Bunny Applique



BUNNY APPLIQUE
Materials: worsted weight yarn- pink and white; F hook; yarn needle

Directions:
Row 1:  Ch 3 in magic circle (or ch 4, sl st to 1st chain to form circle) 12 dc in circle, join with sl stitch to top of ch 3. (close magic circle. secure and leave long tail for sewing. )
Row 2:  Sc in same space as joining sl st. Hdc in next st; sl st in next 4 sts;  *Ch 6; sc in 2nd ch from hook; hdc in next ch; dc in next 2 chains; hdc in next chain; sl st in next dc on row 1.;  * Repeat from * to *; sl stitch in next 2 dc on row 1;  Ch 3; 1 dc in next st; 2 dc in next 2 sts.
Row 3: Ch 3 turn; dc in next 4 sts; dc in top of ch 3 of previous row. (back side)
Row 4: Ch 3 turn; 5 dc; dc in top of ch 3 of previous row. (front side)
Row 5. Ch 3 turn; 2dc in next st; 3 dc; hdc; sl st in next st. (back side)  Fasten off but don't cut yarn. Leave long tail  for sewing on applique. 
Row 6. Join white yarn on front side of applique to joining sl st space of  Row. 5. Ch 3. 2 dc in same space; hdc in same space and sl st in same space. fasten off on the back of the applique but don't cut. leave tail for sewing on applique.

Minion Squares

I have been doing a series of Monster Applique squares for the charity, "Share A Square." I looked for a pattern for the Despicable Me Minions... I could find crochet toys and hats but no appliques or squares... So I am designing one and will post the pattern soon. Stay posted.
